We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

 

 

 

Conditions for Returns (Physical Products)

 


A return will be accepted only if the following conditions are met:

 

  • The product is complete and in its original, undamaged packaging.

  • Normal signs of use are acceptable, but damage caused by careless handling will not be accepted.

  • Products that cannot be resold for hygienic reasons are only eligible for return if unused and sealed.

  • If the product is received damaged or defective, this must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to charge return costs or refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

 

 

 

 

Digital Products — No Returns or Refunds

 


Because digital items are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned,” all purchases of:

 

  • ebooks

  • digital guides

  • templates

  • routines, toolkits, or downloadable materials

 


are final and non-refundable once the download link has been sent.


By completing a purchase of a digital product, you acknowledge that:

 

  1. You gain immediate access to the content, and

  2. Your right of withdrawal expires upon download, in accordance with EU consumer law for digital goods.

 


If you experience technical issues accessing your digital product, we will of course help you resolve them — but refunds cannot be issued for digital content.

 

 

 

How to Return Your Order (Physical Products Only)

  • Reason for return

  • Photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

  • Your full name and address

 


Wait for our return instructions.

Returns sent without prior confirmation cannot be processed.


Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

 

 

 

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumer Rights)

 


You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of physical products within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason.


This cooling-off period begins the day after you (or a designated third party) receive the product.


To exercise this right, notify us via email within this period.

You may return the item within 30 days, at your own expense.


Important:

The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products once the download link has been delivered.

 

 

 

Refunds

 


After we receive and inspect your returned item, the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used.


Additional costs for chosen shipping upgrades (e.g., express shipping) are not reimbursed.

  • Returns are always at the customer’s risk and expense unless the item is defective.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return conditions.

  • Additional consumer rights may apply depending on your country of residence. Where applicable, we will follow the minimum legal requirements of that region.
